This is an emergency - please take your pet to your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately. All parts of the lily plant are highly toxic to rabbits (and cats!), causing severe gastrointestinal upset, kidney damage, and can even be fatal. Symptoms may include lethargy, loss of appetite, an increased heart rate, and changes in urination. Do not wait for symptoms to appear, as early intervention significantly improves the prognosis. Provide your veterinarian with information about the type and amount of lily plant ingested.
