Help! I'm really worried about my cat Luna. She just had surgery for pyometra a couple of days ago, and she's not bouncing back like I hoped she would. Luna is 9 years old, and while she's normally really resilient, she seems completely "out of it" and is struggling with nausea ever since the procedure. She’s been lethargic and not her usual affectionate self, which is really breaking my heart. I'm sitting by her side with treats she normally loves, but she just sniffles at them and turns her head away. The vet said she would be tired, but I'm concerned this is more than that.
