I could really use some advice here. I have a two-year-old Labrador named Charlie who’s been the absolute light of my life. Recently, though, he started scratching at his ears like crazy, and I noticed they look a bit red and irritated. I’ve been trying to clean them gently, but it only seems to help briefly. A friend suggested I try the sock trick—something about wrapping it around his head to stop him from scratching, but honestly, I’m not sure if that’s a good idea or even how to do it properly without making him miserable.
