Do I need to download anything to use Dial A Vet?

Nope! You will receive a Zoom link in your booking confirmation email. Simply click the link and join the call in your browser. Hint, make sure you have your camera and microphone enabled so our Dial A Vet Vet's can see/hear you :)

Is a Dial A Vet consultation only $49?

Yep! Dial A Vet consultations are only $49 for 15 minutes. Most consultations take less than 8 minutes, depending on the concern. With more than 90% of concerns being resolved by our team.

Can Dial A Vet prescribe medication for my pet?

As much as we would love to cater for all your pets needs, unfortunately due to current legislation Veterinarian's are unable to prescribe via telemedicine (video calls). We can answer questions and provide guidance on your pets current treatment plan.

What if I go over the 15-minute timeframe?

Don't worry! You will only pay the flat $49 consultation fee, no extra charges whatsoever!

How do I pay for my consultation and is it secure?

It's super easy! After you have selected a time that works for you, simply fill out the required payment information from your credit/debit card.
